• Maintain cleanliness of the storage unit(s) and tour path.
• Know occupancy, inventory, and units ready for tours.
• Run leasing applications.
• Visit competitive properties, conduct market surveys and create advertising materials.
• Prepare leasing agreements and ensure complete lease files.
