Responsibilities

• Tour prospects and lease apartments.
• Maintain knowledge of available units and their conditions.
• Inspect property to ensure optimal condition.
• Organize Lease Renewal Program.
• Support residents with payments and requests.
• Process rental applications promptly.
• Complete daily and weekly reports.
