Job summary

Maryland Management Company is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to connect people with their next home and deliver outstanding customer service. You will tour and lease properties, explain floor plans and amenities, and maintain leasing paperwork.

This weekend-only role requires dependable transportation, a high school diploma, and strong written and verbal communication. You’ll work Saturdays 10:00–5:00 and Sundays 12:00–5:00, with background checks and drug screening in line with policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll help connect people with their next home while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Tour and lease apartment homes to prospective residents
• Build rapport and communicate the value of our communities
• Manage leasing paperwork, rent payments, and move-ins/move-outs
• Handle resident inquiries and service requests with careMaintain strong knowledge of floor plans, amenities, and the local area
  

Requirements

• Availability to work Saturday & Sunday
• Personal, reliable transportation that you can bring to work each day, along with a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Schedule

This position is for WEEKENDS. The hours are 10:00 – 5:00 on Saturday and 12:00 – 5:00 on Sunday.
