Pathways to Community is seeking a Lead Supervisor to join a high-energy, collaborative team. You will lead and support individuals with daily needs, schedule activities, administer medications, and ensure safety, while mentoring staff.

The role requires weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday, 12:00pm-10:00pm) totaling 34 hours per week, with day and overnight pay differentials. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, pass a DHS and nationwide background check, and demonstrate strong English

Qualifikationen

• Carry a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and daily access to a reliable vehicle.
• Hold an acceptable driving record.
• Possess strong English communication skills.
• Ability to cover shifts beyond your own as necessary.
• Be able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.).
• Pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required.
