Job summary

Malvern Treatment Centers in Willow Grove is seeking a part-time Lead Clinical Aide to join our Clinical Department. This role covers Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00am–7:30pm, with the potential to go full-time and receive a comprehensive benefit package.

The Lead directs the work of Clinical Aides, ensures shifts are staffed, and contributes to patient care per the multidisciplinary treatment plan. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe environment, documenting interactions in the EMR,

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in addiction treatment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work weekends and adapt to schedule changes.

Responsibilities

• Directs the work of Clinical Aides on shift in concert with direction from Clinical Supervisor(s).
• Ensures all shifts are properly staffed in concert with position control.
• Maintains a safe, neat and clean environment to facilitate patient safety.
• Documents significant interactions in the electronic medical record.
• Assists with fire safety, infection control and isolation procedures.
