Job summary

Malvern Treatment Centers in Philadelphia, PA is seeking full-time Clinical Aides for dayshift (7am–7:30pm) at the Malvern Treatment Center facility. This entry-level role offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO and a 401(k) with company match.

The Clinical Aide will provide direct patient care to individuals with chemical dependency or co-occurring disorders and support treatment teams with daily activities and programming.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with experience in chemical dependency treatment settings.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to provide patient-centered care across age groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to individuals with chemical dependency or co-occurring mental illness and chemical dependency disorders.
• Assist in direct care and management of patients across all age ranges as directed by the treatment team.
• Assist with unit programming to facilitate therapy issues, leisure activities, and activities of daily living.
• Display understanding of safe, supportive, nurturing, and therapeutic human interactions.
• Demonstrate understanding of clinical program and philosophy and implement patient care accordingly.
• Show active interest in learning.
