Job summary

Malvern Treatment Centers Willow Grove is seeking a part-time Lead Clinical Aide to join the Clinical Department at our Willow Grove location. This role works every Saturday and Sunday from 7:00am to 7:30pm, with the potential to move to full-time and receive a comprehensive benefits package.

• Clinical experience in addiction treatment is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs the work of Clinical Aides on shift.
• Ensures shifts are properly staffed with position control.
• Maintains a safe, neat and clean environment for patient safety.
• Assists with patient care as directed by clinical staff.
• Collaborates with Admissions and Nursing for coordinated care.
