Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree in related mental health discipline from an accredited college or university.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with experience in chemical dependency/mental health treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to individuals with chemical dependency or co-occurring disorders.
• Assist with unit programming, therapy carryover, activities of daily living and daily functioning.
• Document significant interactions in the medical record and communicate with supervisors.
