Job summary

Life’s At Home Care is seeking a Weekend Lead Care Provider (Floater) to deliver high-quality care while supporting our team across Hampton Roads. Weekend shifts are Saturday and Sunday with guaranteed hours.

Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification is required, plus at least 1 year of caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong leadership and communication skills. You’ll travel between client homes and supervise field staff.

Responsibilities

• Travel between client homes across Hampton Roads.
• Cover weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
• Support and guide caregivers in the field.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, feeding).
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs.
• Provide medication reminders and documentation.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with client transitions and urgent coverage needs.
