Four Oaks Healthcare Center in Jonesborough, TN is seeking a Weekend Laundry Aide to support residents by handling laundry, stocking units, and maintaining clean, organized work areas in compliance with infection control policies.

You will follow schedules, assist with room readiness, protect patient information, and join a compassionate, team-driven environment that values reliability, courtesy, and respect.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow cleaning schedules and complete daily laundry assignments.
• Maintain a high standard of presentation and adhere to infection control policies.
• Perform laundry tasks including counting linens, delivering to units, and operating washers/dryers.
• Assist with room readiness for admissions or room changes.
• Follow Administrator and Directors' directions; maintain confidentiality of health information.
• Support any additional tasks as assigned.

Laundry Aide Position Summary

As a Laundry Aide at Four Oaks Healthcare, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Follow all cleaning schedules, completing daily assignments.
• Maintain a high standard of presentation always adhering to infection control policies.
• Perform laundry tasks (counting linens, delivering to units, sanitizing work areas, operating washer, and dryers, etc.).
• Assist with room readiness for admissions and/or room changes.
• Perform any other additional tasks as assigned by the Administrator, Environmental Services Director, or Regional Director of Maintenance.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
