Job summary

MI Windows and Doors LLC, Profiles Plant in Millersburg, is seeking a Weekend Shift Lamination-Operator/Set-Up to join our production team. Shift is Friday to Sunday, 6am–6pm, with starting pay of $21.00 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential, for a total of $23.00/hour.

Responsibilities include machine setup, lamination inspection, load/unload parts, and changeovers to meet production schedules. The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to lamination schedules, and ensuring quality throughout

Qualifications

• Experience in lamination or related manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read lamination schedules and prints.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts from baskets and trailers.
• Trim and wool parts and inspect quality before and after lamination.
• Set up machines and perform changeovers to meet schedules.
• Load primer pads and cut foil to correct sizes; adjust drive wheels.
• Read lamination prints and follow schedules; count parts.
• Clean work area and prepare for next run; communicate with the team.
