Job summary

Standard Bent Glass is seeking Weekend General Laborers to join our manufacturing team in East Butler, PA. This full-time weekend position offers three 12-hour shifts, with training provided for candidates without glass manufacturing experience.

Starting pay is $17.20 per hour, and the role includes full-time weekend schedule with potential overtime based on production needs. Benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor and production duties throughout the manufacturing process.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work as part of a team to meet production and quality goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Standard Bent Glass is looking for Weekend General Laborers to join our manufacturing team. This is a full-time weekend position working three 12-hour shifts . No previous glass manufacturing experience is required - we provide training to the right candidates.

What You'll Do

• Perform general labor and production duties throughout the manufacturing process.
• Load, unload, move, and safely handle glass and materials.
• Assist Production Operators with daily manufacturing tasks.
• Inspect products for visible defects and report quality concerns.
• Follow work instructions, production requirements, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work as part of a team to meet production and quality goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay & Schedule

Starting Pay: $17.20/hour

This is a full-time, 36-hour weekend schedule with the opportunity for additional hours/overtime based on production needs.
