Hancock County Health System in Britt, IA seeks a qualified Medical Laboratory Technician/Technologist to perform moderate to high complexity testing per CLIA standards. Responsibilities include hematology, chemistry, microbiology, blood bank, and coagulation testing, with detailed record-keeping and reporting to authorized personnel.

• MT, MLT, MLA, CLA, or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Biology.
• Must have good vision and verbal skills.
• Must be able to perform well under pressure.
• Experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs moderate and high complexity testing per CLIA standards.
• Performs hematology, chemistry, microbiology, blood bank, and coagulation testing to obtain data for diagnosis and treatment.
• Keeps detailed records of all tests performed and reports to authorized personnel.
• May be required to work independently and perform phlebotomy on ER, inpatients, and outpatients.
