Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active RN licensure required and BLS certification; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on area.
• Ability to observe, assess, and document patient status and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supervision and coordination of nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Utilize the nursing process in patient assessments, planning, and interventions for quality care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians on patient care plans.
