KidStrong Kendall is seeking weekend coaches to join a fun, energetic team that loves helping kids become stronger, smarter, and more agile. The role focuses on coaching children aged from 15 months to 8 years and engaging with their parents to explain the curriculum.

This position offers weekend hours with potential for extra weekday coaching hours based on center needs, and a flexible schedule to fit your availability while supporting our rapidly growing Kendall center.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching children in KidStrong age range (15 months to 8 years).
• Ability to educate and communicate with parents about curriculum.
• Working knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Coach kids during weekend sessions (starting 8 AM) and engage with parents to explain the program.
• Maintain a positive, energetic coaching style and ensure safe, effective practice for children.
• Support center needs with flexible scheduling and potential for extra weekday hours.
