Job summary

KidStrong is rapidly growing and we're looking for talented, enthusiastic professionals who are passionate, energetic, and excited to engage with parents and kids and make an impact on their lives. Coaches with an athletic or coaching background are encouraged, especially those with experience coaching kids ages 15mo-8 years old or pediatric OT/PT experience.

Classes run on weekdays mid-mornings and evenings until 7 pm, with weekends starting at 8 AM.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching students within KidStrong age range (15mo–8 years)
• Experience talking to and educating parents on our curriculum
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
• CPR certified
• Positive, motivating interpersonal communication skills
• Self-starter who gets tasks done

Responsibilities

• Teach classes on weekdays mid-mornings and evenings until 7 pm
• Weekend classes start at 8 AM and run through lunchtime
• Flexible schedule depending on studio needs
• Increase hours through private class coaching hours
• Coach with athletic or coaching background and experience with kids aged 15mo–8 years
