KidStrong is expanding and seeking talented coaches who love working with kids and parents. If you have an athletic or coaching background and enjoy engaging with families, this is a great fit.

Classes run on weekdays mid-mornings and evenings until 7 pm, with weekend sessions starting at 8 am. The role offers schedule flexibility and potential for extra hours through private coaching.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age.
• Experience educating parents on our curriculum.
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• CPR certified.
• Positive, motivating interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-starter that just gets a job done.

Responsibilities

• Coaches with athletic or coaching background preferred for kids aged 15 months to 8 years.
• Classes run on weekdays mid-mornings and evenings up to 7 pm.
• Weekends start at 8 am and run through lunchtime.
• Opportunity for a flexible schedule depending on studio needs.
• Additional hours through private class coaching.
