Job summary

American Swim Academy in Walnut Creek is seeking a dependable Custodian/Janitorial Team Member to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members, families, and staff. The role covers interior and exterior upkeep with a weekend schedule on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience, with a uniform shirt provided, casual dress code, and a 50% discount on swim lessons for eligible family members.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.

American Swim Academy is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Custodian/Janitorial Team Member to join our Walnut Creek team. This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members, families, and staff.

The Custodian is responsible for the cleanliness, appearance, and general upkeep of both the interior and exterior of the swim school, ensuring a positive experience for our members and guests.

Schedule

Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Essential Functions

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility, including interior and exterior areas.

• Ability to perform the physical demands of custodial and cleaning duties safely and effectively.
