Qualifications

• Willing to stand for extended periods
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more
• Experience using cleaning products and floor/carpet cleaning equipment
• Able to work in a team or independently
• Strong report writing and clear verbal communication
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
• Stripping, buffing and waxing floors
• Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and furniture
• Scrubbing and sanitizing bathrooms, sinks, and fixtures
• Emptying trash and washing/drying windows
• Requesting supply orders and reporting breakages
• Assisting management with projects and other duties as needed
