Qualifications

• Willing to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Experience with cleaning products and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.
• Stripping, buffing and waxing floors as needed.
• Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and furniture.
• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.
• Emptying trash and cleaning windows.
• Raising cleaning supply orders and reporting breakages or repairs.
• Assist building management with projects and additional duties.
