Job summary

Planned Companies is seeking friendly and detail-oriented Janitors and Custodians to provide cleaning of common areas and bathrooms at residential and commercial properties in Mount Laurel, NJ.

You’ll help ensure tenants, guests and vendors have a clean, healthy, and safe property to live or work in. Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 6pm-9:30pm; Pay: $16.25 per hour. Full-time employees receive medical, dental, vision and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Polite and respectful demeanor while providing thorough service.
• Strong observation skills to identify additional cleaning needs.
• Ability to communicate clearly with tenants, guests and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.
• Dusting and polishing surfaces including countertops, furniture and light fixtures.
• Scrubbing and sanitizing bathroom toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.
• Emptying trash cans and washing/drying windows.
• Requesting cleaning supply orders, reporting breakages and needed repairs.
