Job summary

Planned Companies Building Services seeks friendly, detail-oriented janitors and custodians to provide clean common areas and bathrooms for residential and commercial properties in Belmar, NJ. You will help protect tenant health by maintaining a safe, sanitary environment and by being polite, observant, and thorough in daily tasks.

Responsibilities include floor care, surface cleaning, bathroom sanitation, trash disposal, and assisting with supplies and repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Able to follow safety guidelines.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.
• Dusting and polishing surfaces including countertops, furniture and fixtures.
• Scrubbing and sanitizing bathrooms, toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.
• Emptying trash and washing/drying windows.
• Requesting cleaning supply orders and reporting breakages or repairs.
