tannercareers is seeking a weekend coverage intake coordinator for Home Health in Georgia. The role encompasses accepting telephone referrals and coordinating initial in-home assessments for referred patients.

You will be the first contact for agencies, coordinating patient care with hospitals, physician offices, and other referral sources while ensuring smooth scheduling and documentation using Maestro and Meditech.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 1 year of vocational school.
• One year of related experience.
• Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance.
• Good organizational skills are required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Proficient computer skills; Maestro and Meditech preferred.
• Prefer 2 years in healthcare with intake, scheduling and insurance verification.
• GED acceptable with 1+ years vocational school and 1+ years medical office experience.

Responsabilités

• Accept telephone referrals and coordinate initial in-home assessments for patients referred to Home Health.
• Serve as the first point of contact for agencies; communicate and coordinate patient care with hospitals, physician offices and other referral sources.
