Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct all daily patient referral and intake operations, overseeing policy development and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Joint Commission referral/intake regulatory requirements.
• Oversee insurance verification and authorization processes to maximize reimbursement.
• Maintain positive relationships with current and potential referral sources and coordinate transitions to home care.
• Gather, collate, and report referral statistics and trends to inform operations.
