You’ll collaborate with sales and operations, respond promptly to leads, prepare quotes, and maintain CRM records to drive growth and excellent service. Competitive pay with bonuses and room for advancement.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience including handling inquiries and quotes.
• Ability to respond quickly to multiple channels (phone, website, Google, Yelp, Angi).
• Strong communication, problem solving, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally and empathetically.
• Respond to new leads within minutes across channels.
• Ask questions to understand move needs and recommend solutions.
• Book moves during first conversation when possible.
• Schedule in-home estimates for complex moves.
• Prepare and send accurate quotes and follow up.
