Northwestern Medicine Rehabilitation Services seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver direct patient care and participate in teaching, committee work and process improvement. The role supports a patient-first culture across a large healthcare system in northern Illinois.

The incumbent will maintain treatment plans, document outcomes in EMR, and collaborate with PT/ PTA teams to ensure high-quality care and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Illinois.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy preferred.
