Job summary

Generac is seeking skilled Maintenance Technician II/III to support and service production lines in our Beaver Dam facility. You will perform preventative maintenance, manage PMs and work orders, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and PLC systems, and coordinate with vendors as needed.

Candidates should have 3–10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, strong problem solving, and a solid understanding of safety standards and wiring diagrams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience maintaining industrial equipment, automation or product repair.
• Advanced knowledge of OSHA, Arc Flash, LOTO and NEC.
• Experience with automation, robotics, metal fabrication, paint or assembly operations.

Responsibilities

• Support and service of production lines within the facility.
• Perform preventative maintenance of production line equipment.
• Seasonal external facility maintenance.
• Waste management and simple routine facility maintenance.
• Identifying parts and materials needed to perform duties.
• Maintenance of 5S program.
• Maintaining compliance with training programs.
