Job summary

The position pays an hourly rate of $36.25 and requires coordinating with production and engineering teams. Responsibilities include diagnostic repair, PM work orders, data analysis with predictive tools, and mentoring junior craftspeople.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial equipment repair/maintenance.
• Ability to read complex electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with CMMS platforms (SAP, Maximo) for work orders and PM.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex manufacturing equipment per WCM standards.
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and data analysis.
• Lead and guide apprentices and other crafts on repairs.
• Fabricate and repair machine shop tooling and fixtures.
• Operate and service mobile equipment and ensure safety compliance.
• Document labor, parts, PM data in CMMS and drive Kaizen improvements.
