Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Associates degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
• Completion of a four-year apprenticeship/technical program or Journeyman Card is required.

Responsibilities

• Advanced troubleshooting and repair of complex manufacturing equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, controls).
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and manage CMMS work orders.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring apprentices and coordinating repairs with Production and Engineering.
• Fabrication, modification and repair of machine shop tools and fixtures.
• Operate and service mobile equipment and ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Maintain safety and quality records per WCM standards and Kaizen practices.
