Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation is seeking a senior Maintenance III in the United States to troubleshoot and repair advanced manufacturing equipment, including CNC machinery and robot automation, across multiple production lines.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Associates degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
Completion of a four-year apprenticeship/technical program or Journeyman Card is required.

Responsibilities

Advanced troubleshooting and repair of complex manufacturing equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, controls).
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and manage CMMS work orders.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring apprentices and coordinating repairs with Production and Engineering.
Fabrication, modification and repair of machine shop tools and fixtures.
Operate and service mobile equipment and ensure safe, compliant operations.
Maintain safety and quality records per WCM standards and Kaizen practices.
