Job summary

Leidos is hiring two Incident Responders to support our ONI HGCC cybersecurity team in Suitland, MD. Roles are weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) with 24 hours per week, plus a two-month full-time daytime training period.

One opening for Weekend Day (0730–1930) and one for Weekend Night (1930–0730). Positions require TS/SCI and extensive CND experience; training precedes shift transitions and occasional coverage may be needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Information Assurance, or related area with 8+ years of experience or Master's with 6+ years.
Active TS/SCI security clearance in DISS.
Experience in Computer Network Defense (CND).
Experience monitoring, analyzing, and investigating security alerts.

Responsibilities

Perform all phases of the incident response lifecycle: detection, analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery.
Receive and act on escalations from Tier 1 analysts and support TS/SCI networks including JWICS, ATLAS, HGCC.
Respond to incident notifications via telephone and email.
Prepare and submit ESAFs to NNWC Electronic Spillage Center.
Monitor DLP outputs for classified indicators.
Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders (SSOs, JAG, ISSM, etc.).
Maintain incident documentation and timelines.
Participate in meetings, briefings, and after-action reviews.
Support annual security exercise execution and evaluation.
