lululemon is seeking a Contract Educator at International Plaza, with Saturday and Sunday availability, to deliver world‑class guest experiences and in‑depth product education in a luxury retail setting.

You will engage guests, assess needs, articulate product value, support omnichannel programs, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations while upholding the brand’s inclusive culture and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work in a retail environment with bright lights and loud music.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while valuing guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest experiences with accurate transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to address issues.
