Job summary

TheKey is seeking a Weekend Caregiver to provide compassionate, in-home care to clients in the Omaha, NE area. You will implement personalized care plans, assist with activities of daily living, and ensure safety and comfort during visits. This role emphasizes reliability, empathy, and strong communication with the care team.

Qualifications

• Availability to work weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday) required.
• Previous experience in caregiving preferred.
• Alzheimer's or Dementia experience preferred.
• Adaptability, empathy, compassion, and kindness is a MUST.
• Ability to use sound judgment and remain calm in a variety of situations.
• Must be reliable, dependable, and on time.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Can pass a background check and provide references.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, current car insurance, and 19 years or older

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional care to the dedicated client in their home
• Help execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans
• Assist with personal care activities to include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation
• Keep order, safety and client enjoyment top of mind at all times
• Clear and articulate comunication to the office team
• Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed
