Job summary

A Place at Home - Omaha is seeking an In Home Caregiver to provide personalized in-home care for multiple clients in Omaha, NE. Weekend, weekday and evening shifts are available, offering compassionate support and help with daily living.

You will work with our healthcare team to implement care plans, assist with bathing, dressing, meal prep, and mobility, and maintain records. Requires high school diploma, reliable transportation, and excellent communication.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, emotional support, and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Promote independence and safety by assisting with ambulation, transfers, and mobility exercises.
• Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and services provided.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals.
