Job summary

TheKey is seeking an Experienced Caregiver/CNA in the Omaha area to provide compassionate, one-on-one support to clients in home settings. You will work closely with families to ensure care plans are followed and clients remain comfortable and safe.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of caregiving experience, with Alzheimer's or Dementia exposure a plus, and must be eligible to work in the U.S. Reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of caregiving experience (ALF, Nursing Home, Memory Care, or Home Health preferred).
• Alzheimer's or Dementia experience is a plus.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S., clear background check, and references.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1-on-1 personal care tailored to individual client care plans.
• Assist with personal hygiene, medication management, mobility, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal prep.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments and errands as needed.
• Document and communicate client needs and changes in condition.
