Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• Weekend option requires minimum 2 years ICU experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Educates patients and families on illness, home care needs and medication administration.
• Promotes patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance; participates in professional development.
• Develops, implements, and documents plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team and patient/family.
• Assesses physical, psychosocial, emotional needs and respects patient values and culture.
• This is a safety-sensitive position requiring constant alertness.
• Weekend option offers 50% base pay incentive on eligible weekend hours.
