The Cleveland Clinic Lutheran Hospital in Cleveland, OH, is seeking an RN for its Weekender Flex ICU team. This 36-hour schedule is paid as 44 hours, with full-time status and benefits.

You will provide direct nursing care, implement and update care plans, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and educate patients and families in a high‑engagement, supportive environment. The ICU team includes APPs and operates with shared governance.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or American Red Cross.
• ACLS certification must be presented upon hire or within first year in a Critical Care area.
• One year of current acute care RN experience OR military RN experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
• Educate patients and their families.
