Cleveland Clinic Lutheran Hospital in Cleveland is seeking an experienced RN for the ICU to provide high-quality patient care on a nights shift. You will work from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am in a 10-bed ICU with a strong emphasis on education and family engagement.

The ICU team collaborates with APPs and supports professional nursing practice at a Magnet Hospital. Join a nationally recognized system that values safety, patient experience and clinical excellence.

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN)
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• BLS Certification through AHA or Red Cross
• ACLS Certification if in a Critical Care area must be presented on hire or within first year
• One year of current acute care RN experience OR licensed military RN experience

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
