Job summary

Memorial Health University Medical Center is seeking a Supply Inventory Technician to receive, key, and distribute supplies within the facility, and to maintain Min/Max safety stock levels for storerooms and all stocking locations.

You will perform regular physical inventories of POU areas, rotate stock, verify barcodes, and assist POU Station personnel with problems at nurses' stations. This role emphasizes accuracy and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous stock clerk experience preferred.
• Some hospital supply experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, key, and distribute supplies within the facility.
• Maintain Min/Max levels for storeroom safety stock and other stocking locations.
• Conduct physical inventories of all POU areas according to schedule.
• Rotate stock in POU and storeroom areas to prevent expiry.
• Verify barcodes and process returns to vendor or backup stock as needed.
• Provide assistance to POU Station personnel and nurses stations.
