Job summary

Allied Universal Security Services in Port St Lucie, FL is seeking a Hospital Security Shift Supervisor for a full-time role, including weekends. Weekly pay and paid orientation are provided. The ideal candidate will have a HS diploma or GED and a valid driver's license.

The Shift Supervisor will oversee the delivery of security services, liaise with account managers, and coordinate staff on the assigned shift to ensure safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional interaction with public.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs neatly and legibly.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Background check and drug test may be required; driving record checks for driving roles.
• Intermediate computer skills for client-site wireless tech.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Ops Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved guidelines.
