The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, 0–1 year receptionist experience, and strong customer service skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is an onsite position with day shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Receptionist experience 0-1 year preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Strong patient/customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and visitors within an inpatient or outpatient facility.
• Provide current information about the location of patients.
• Answer and transfer phone calls to appropriate patient rooms and departments.
• Assist with taxi and parking services.
• Assist with security procedures (badges, visitors log) and health protocols for visitors.
• May act as a concierge or greeter or information associate.
