Job summary

INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma's largest not-for-profit health system, is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse for Hospice on a weekend shift, PRN basis in Oklahoma City, OK. You will manage delivery and documentation of patient care, including assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluation.

The role requires Oklahoma RN licensure or eNLC, BLS/CPR, and valid driving license with reliable transportation. Hospice experience and mentoring staff are valued.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Oklahoma or multi-state (eNLC)
• BLS issued by Red Cross or AHA; Hospice CPR may substitute for BLS
• Current driver's license with reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a Hospice setting and coordinate care
• Documentation and adherence to standards of care

Responsibilities

• Assess and re-assess patients and adjust plans of care
• Develop and implement care plans
• Provide patient care interventions and evaluate outcomes
• Supervise licensed and unlicensed staff in patient care
• Mentor and guide non-licensed personnel and students as appropriate
