Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking an RN / Registered Nurse for hospice with weekend on-call coverage in Renton, WA. This role supports after-hours admissions, care coordination, and patient/family education within a compassionate, interdisciplinary team.

You will provide high-quality end-of-life care, participate in on-call rotations, and document visits in the EMR. The job includes mileage reimbursement and on-site scheduling Friday evening through Monday morning.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in WA
• CPR certification recommended/required for direct patient care in some states
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to perform on-call duties and travel if needed

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Group to develop and evaluate care plans
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and coordinate care with the team
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and caregivers
• Coordinate care as Care Manager including scheduling, meds, and supervision of staff as needed
• Respond to triage calls and perform visits during on-call rotations
