Job summary

Reserve Care is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing services in patients' homes on Saturdays and Sundays. You will assess needs, manage symptoms, and coordinate with physicians while supporting patients and families in challenging times.

The role requires Ohio RN licensure, strong communication, and the ability to work independently within a team. A bachelor's in nursing is preferred and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• RN license in Ohio is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Experience in pain management, oncology, or mental health is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Provide intermittent skilled nursing services under physician direction.
• Monitor pain and symptoms; educate patients and families.
• Liaise with physicians and coordinate care.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
