Job summary

Bristol Health is seeking a Weekend Hospice Registered Nurse to cover Friday to Sunday shifts in the Bristol, CT area. The RN will triage, assess, and manage symptoms for hospice patients at home, coordinating with the hospice team to ensure a seamless plan of care.

The role requires an RN license in CT, BLS CPR, and the ability to work independently in home settings, with on-call rotation. Prior hospice or home health experience is preferred.
