Job summary

Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate hospice care across the service area, including private homes, assisted living facilities, and hospitals. You will perform admissions, patient visits, and symptom management with a patient-centered approach.

The role requires an active RN license, excellent clinical and communication skills, and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RN license in good standing.
• Hospice or admissions experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for hospice patients in home, facility, or hospital settings.
• Complete admissions and patient visits as needed.
• Answer calls from patients and families; coordinate care with team.
• Document visits and maintain accurate records; support symptom management.
• Travel across the service area as required.
