Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking an experienced Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) for weekend shifts in Durham, NC. Effective communication with patients, families, and agency personnel is essential, along with participation in interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings and quality reviews.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and nursing degree from an approved program.
• Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Knowledge of home health/hospice care frameworks and reimbursement guidelines.
• CPR certification, and ability to travel, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Compassionate patient care and teamwork; adherence to regulatory standards.
