Job summary

Providence Home Services Oregon is seeking a Weekend on-site Hospice Nurse Manager to lead a designated hospice interdisciplinary team. You will supervise staff, coordinate patient care, establish best practices, and network with community resources to support patients with life-threatening illness.

This leadership role requires Oregon RN license (or eligibility), WA license within 3 months, BLS within 30 days, and at least 2 years of clinical experience; 2 years supervisory experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health care field preferred.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License required upon hire.
• Washington Registered Nurse License within 3 months.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• 2 years Clinical experience in chosen field.
