Job summary
Vitality Hospice in Bucks County is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our field-based care team. You will work with a Registered Nurse Case Manager to provide compassionate, hands-on personal care and support to patients in their homes.
This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM–3:00 PM) with no mandatory weekends, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive leadership team that values your voice and dedication to patient comfort and dignity.
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification required.
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle & current auto insurance.
- Compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Commitment to serving patients with serious or terminal illness.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding).
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and families.
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment.
- Accurately document care and communicate updates.
- Help preserve comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
