Job summary

Residential Home Health and Residential Hospice is seeking a Hospice Clinical Supervisor Weekend RN to lead our weekend care teams in Glen Carbon, IL. This on-site role supports field staff, ensures alignment with case management guidelines, and drives service excellence across the hospice program.

You’ll mentor staff, manage scheduling, and collaborate with leadership on quality improvement while upholding compliance with all hospice regulations.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or BSN with current state license.
• Minimum of 2 years Hospice experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor experience.
• Familiarity with Hospice regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure productivity goals of clinical staff are met.
• Ensure case management guidelines are followed by the team.
• Assign patients to multidisciplinary teams and adjust schedules.
• Train, mentor, and develop staff including orientation and performance reviews.
• Communicate with support staff and leadership on staffing needs and quality improvements.
