Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care field preferred.
• Oregon RN license required on hire; Washington RN license within 3 months.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• 2 years of clinical experience in the chosen field.

Responsibilities

• Manage a clinical program and supervise staff.
• Coordinate care for patients and families served by the hospice team.
• Identify best practices for care in collaboration with leadership.
• Network with community resources and consult with providers.
